Returns Policy

At Gift hub spot, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make things right.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Sale items or custom orders are non-returnable, unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at gifthubspot@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Approval: Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return shipping details.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the item back to the provided address. Please ensure it is securely packaged.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we’ll happily process an exchange. Follow the same return steps above, and mention that you’d like an exchange.
