How Long does production take?

PROCESSING TIME

As soon as we receive your order, we process your item in 2-3 business days, this includes production time since most of the products are made to order.

    1    For our Premium Jewelry (Premium Heart pendants, message cards, Dog tags and Photo Upload Jewelry), production usually takes between 2-3 business days.

    2    For our Custom Name Jewelry (Custom Name necklace, Name bracelet and Name earrings) the processing time for these personalized handmade items usually takes 8-11 business days. 

Once the item ships the tracking information is sent to the email provided. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holiday and sale seasons.

How can I cancel my Order?

Orders are processed within 24 hours. If you need to cancel your order, kindly send us an email within 24 hours gifthubspot@gmail.com

Can I Edit The Custom Text?

All changes can be made within 24 hours after order has been placed. Any request after 24 hours cannot be guaranteed, because the order will already be in production. Kindly send us an email to gifthubspot@gmail.com with the new custom text.
